If you’re not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please read the following carefully to understand our return policy. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.


Order Cancellation

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at service@ride5thwheel.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before shipment does not guarantee success; you’ll receive a confirmation email if the order is successfully canceled.

We cannot cancel orders after they ship. Instead, wait for delivery and request a return label within 14 days. Rejecting a shipment or failing to follow our return procedure may cause item loss in transit or warehouse refusal, making the order ineligible for refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return (product unused, packaging intact), a restocking fee of $200 per bike or $100 per scooter will be deducted from your refund. Accessory restocking fees are item‑specific.


Returns Not Related to Quality Issues

Purchases made on our official website ride5thwheel.com are eligible for an unconditional return within 7 days for any reason. Customers bear the associated shipping costs.

Important Notes
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • After 30 days, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Scope of Application

This policy applies exclusively to vehicles purchased from the official 5TH WHEEL website, ride5thwheel.com.


Returns Due to Quality Issues

Within 14 days of delivery, if a product fault prevents normal use, you may request a free exchange, and 5TH WHEEL will cover shipping. Contact us first at service@ride5thwheel.com.

During the warranty period, if defects are confirmed not to be man-made, customers may return, exchange, or repair the item at 5TH WHEEL’s cost.

Note:

Quality issues discovered during unboxing require a continuous unpacking video.


Detailed Warranty Terms

For quality-related returns, customers must provide evidence (frame number, order number, clear photos/videos, etc.). 5TH WHEEL will conclude within 24 hours and offer a solution within 48 hours if a quality issue is confirmed. If man-made damage is later found, all costs are borne by the customer.
