Shipping & Delivery Policy

Email us at service@ride5thwheel.com right away. Please note, we are unable to make changes once an order is sent to our warehouse.
Shipment Processing Time
When will my order ship?
We partner with FedEx and UPS to provide FREE shipping to the Contiguous United States.
- In-stock e-bikes ship within 5–7 business days.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 72 business hours to appear.
Delivery Terms
- Deliveries typically occur between 8 AM – 8 PM, and a signature may be required.
- Orders can be canceled before shipment. If the order has already shipped, cancellation will incur a shipping fee: $50 per e-scooter or $100 per e-bike.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery fee of $100 per e-scooter or $200 per e-bike applies.
- Refused packages (excluding shipping damage) incur a 20% restocking fee per order.
Signature Requirement: If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave an attempted delivery notice. You can then reschedule the delivery. If you opt out of signature confirmation, 5TH WHEEL is not liable for lost packages.
Exceptions:
- Returned to sender: If you're unavailable to sign or pick up the package, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Shipping damage: Please contact us within 48 hours. Most shipping companies require damage claims to be filed within 7 days. Failure to do so will make you responsible for any resulting costs.
- Lost packages: If you don’t receive your package after 2 business days, check with neighbors and then contact us. You must also contact the courier to begin a lost package claim. Once a claim is filed, please email us the claim number. Investigations may take up to 15 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend the product or issue a refund. If you refuse to participate in the claim process, 5TH WHEEL is not responsible for the loss.
Please ensure all requested information is submitted promptly.
Delays
5TH WHEEL is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier delays, or customs clearance.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November–December), please allow additional business days for processing and delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Hawaii or Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- Military districts
- Virgin Islands
- Guam
International Shipping & Customs
We only provide free shipping within the Contiguous United States. International orders may require:
- Working with Customs to clear the shipment
- Providing documentation and paying import duties/taxes
Note: Only the recipient (not the sender) can handle Customs clearance. If you refuse to work with Customs and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued. Please contact us before submitting anything to Customs.
