I've had the bike for about a month now with 500 miles on the ''odometer" and so far no issues. The motor is great the battery is fine and the brakes work fine.

It's been a solid commuter for a very reasonable price. I have to ride back from work at night frequently and it has a really bright red taillight that flashes when ya pump the brakes.
For the price I'm going to give it five stars. As many people have mentioned the speedometer is not that accurate, but it zips around just fine for what I need it for. ~12 mile commute round trip for work and it's been good for the grocery store with an aftermarket basket and panniers.

Product arrived timely and well Protected for shipping. The bike was very easy to assembled and very easy to operate. I ordered the bike rack for the back and the color green. I absolutely love this bike. I hope to have years of riding.

The actual bike is well designed, it is comparable to bikes that are far more expensive. But the most impressive part for me was their customer service. I had an issue, that happens with every company. The customer service group worked with me to resolve my issue and not only solve the problem but some of the nicest folks I have dealt with. I actually bought a second bike in part because of the outstanding customer service. Great Team!

I've been very pleased with the bike. I now have about 40 miles on it. I went 32 miles on one charge without using pedal assist and the battery was still not dead. I think it would have made it to 35. I didn't find the seat comfortable and purchased another one. I think it would be a good idea for vendors to give optional seats. I've had no problems. Also, I weigh over 200 lbs and the bike will go as fast as 20 mph. I don't normally go that fast though. I'm 74 and am taking things slow. I'd like to see a bicycle bucket seat. I didn't like the second seat I got either, so I'm on the third one. I'd give the bike a 9/10, but they only have a 5 star system.

Using pedal assist or throttle delivers same "speed/sensation of power". Using the throttle at the same time as pedal assist does not give additional power. You have to change the pedal assist level to get more power with the throttle which is a bit strange. There are gears but it seems to work best to leave it in 5th gear and just use the pedal assist levels. Okay e-bike for the price, assembly took half an hour, sturdy, low to the ground, fit my 5'4' height well.
